Support and Maintenance:
At Core Connect we like to think we provide something different in terms of support to our clients. That’s why every client is assigned an account manager to look after your account. We also have a 4 person admin team to take your calls and handle any queries you have or log a fault for you. Our ticketing system will email you an unique Call ID number and a description of the call that has been logged.
Our company operates from our office here in Celbridge Co. Kildare. We provide nationwide installations and support (32 counties) of hosted and cloud telephone systems to businesses in a variety of sectors. We also provide remote support to clients operating in the United Kingdom, Belgium, Chicago, Singapore, Malta, and Luxembourg.
Our engineering team operates from Dublin and the midlands. We have a full-time technical support desk providing remote support and diagnostics.
